Anyone who has built a house, a hotel or an office in Udaipur knows the challenge: the
electrician, the AC installer, the fire safety vendor and the plumber for the hot water system
each work to their own plan, and the owner ends up coordinating all of them. When one trade
cuts into another’s work, the delays and extra costs add up.
Udaipur Automation Company takes a different approach. Alongside home and building
automation, it works as a contractor for the core services every building needs: electrical, fire
fighting, HVAC and heat pumps.
Electrical work: the wiring behind everything else
Smart switches, panels and controllers are only as good as the wiring behind them. Electrical
contracting covers new wiring and rewiring, distribution boards and MCBs, lighting circuits,
earthing and safety checks, and fault-finding in existing installations. When the same team plans
the automation, the wiring is laid out for touch panels, curtain motors and smart devices from
day one.
Fire fighting: protection that has to work the first time
Hotels, hospitals, apartments, offices and warehouses need fire fighting and fire alarm systems
that are ready when needed. The usual scope includes fire hydrant systems with hose reels and
landing valves, automatic sprinklers, fire alarm and smoke detection, extinguishers, fire pumps
and piping, and periodic testing and maintenance. Working with your architect or fire
consultant, the installation can be planned around the rest of the building services.
HVAC: comfort that is planned, not patched
Udaipur summers make cooling a priority. HVAC work covers split and ducted air conditioning,
VRF or VRV systems for larger homes and commercial spaces, ventilation and fresh air, ducting
and insulation, and regular servicing. Because the same team handles automation, ACs can also
be switched on from the phone, run on schedules or included in a scene.
Heat pumps: hot water using less electricity
A heat pump moves heat from the surrounding air into water instead of making heat directly
from electricity, so it uses less electricity than a conventional electric geyser for the same hot
water. It suits places with heavy daily hot water use, such as larger homes, hotels, hostels and
hospitals, and can also heat swimming pools.
Why one team works better
- One point of contact for wiring, fire safety, cooling, hot water and automation.
- Services planned together, so pipes, ducts and cables do not clash on site.
- Fewer gaps in responsibility when something needs fixing later.
- Automation that works with the building’s systems instead of being added on top.
